Day 1: kita perlu melakukan swab "on-arrival PCR" di Changi airport.
Day 4: ART sendiri, submit hasil online.
Day 5: ART sendiri, submit hasil online.
Day 6: ART sendiri, submit hasil online.

- This is to inform you that as a condition for your entry into Singapore under the Vaccinated Travel Lane, you are required to undergo unsupervised self-administered COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Tests (ARTs) using self-procured ART kits on Days 2, 4, 5 and 6 of your arrival in Singapore, as well as supervised self-administered COVID-19 ARTs on Days 3 and 7 of your arrival in Singapore.
- You are required to go for a supervised self-administered COVID-19 ART on 16/12/2021 (DD/MM/YYYY). Please make an appointment booking at a Quick Test Centre (QTC) / Combined Test Centre (CTC) using this link (https://go.gov.sg/traveller-
art-test) on the above specified date. You can only book an appointment for your second test (Day 7) after you have attended your first test (Day 3). - The test will be self-administered and supervised by an approved COVID-19 test provider. Each test will cost S$15 (inclusive of GST), with payment to be made at the QTCs through cashless modes such as Mastercard, NETS, PayNow and Visa. Cash will not be accepted. Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by a caregiver, aged 21 years old and above. The caregiver may be required to help administer the test if the child is unable to do so.
- In addition, you are required to submit your results for your unsupervised self-administered COVID-19 ARTs on Days 2, 4, 5 and 6 via this link (https://go.gov.sg/vtl-air-art
). A new form must be submitted on each of these days. You may only leave your place of accommodation and continue with normal activities for the day if your ART result is negative. - Children aged 2 and below in this calendar year are not required to undergo any of the post-arrival ARTs.
- If your day of departure from Singapore is on the day of the test, you are exempted from taking your scheduled ART on that day. Your day of departure from Singapore is defined as the scheduled day of departure of your flight or ferry, or the day you clear departure immigration if you depart by land.
- Should you test positive for COVID-19 on any of your ARTs, you must self-isolate immediately, book an appointment for a confirmatory PCR test at a Combined Test Centre (CTC) using this link (https://go.gov.sg/traveller-
pcr-confirmatory) as soon as possible, and undergo the PCR test no later than 1600 hours on the following day. Please take private transport, taxi or private hire car to the CTC, and return to your place of accommodation immediately after your test. Use of public transport is not allowed. If you were planning to depart from Singapore, you should defer your travel plans, attend your confirmatory PCR test, and await your PCR test results. - If you fail to undergo the required COVID-19 tests, you may also be required, for public health reasons, to serve a Stay-Home Notice (SHN) / Stay Order pursuant to the Infectious Diseases (COVID-19 – Stay Orders) Regulations 2020, and to pay for all charges related to your stay, as well as any additional COVID-19 tests required as part of the SHN regime.

For subsequent offence(s), you may be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding S$20,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
- Further, if you are a Vaccinated Travel Pass (VTP) holder, your VTP and/or Visit Pass or Long-Term Pass may be cancelled, and in such an event, you may be liable for the cost of your repatriation, including custody and maintenance pending repatriation. Future VTP applications may also be rejected.
Thank you.
