Organ Time and the supportive Essential Oils
Do u ever notice when your child start coughing at the same time at night? Or when u suddenly awake at 3 am? Apparently it’s not a supernatural thing as i thought before ;p
You can look at the meridian time and estimate which organ or emotion is responsible for that. It may be the current active organ, or maybe 1 or 2 previous organ that caused that. We can use essential oils to support particular organ. It's best to rub the oils during these timing, but for the one at midnight we better be sleeping during that time. So we can put the oils before we sleep or during its opposite hours. Like for Liver 1-3 am, we can apply the oils during 1-3 pm. Just choose 2-3 oils that you already have, or if you have all, you can alternate the usage of those oils.
3 - 5 am: LUNG, your lungs are trying to expel the loosened waste. At this time wheezing, coughing and asthma may show up. This indicates that your diet and lifestyle needs tweaking in order to reduce mucus and toxicity.
It can also be an indication of deep sadness or grief that must be dealt with.
Oils that support this organ: Myrtle, Eucalyptus, Idaho Balsam Fir, Copaiba, Dorado Azul, Peppermint, RC, Raven, Joy, Peace & Calming, Acceptance.
5 - 7 am: LARGE INTESTINE, best time to have bowel movement. Important time to drink a lot of water to repair and maintenance of large intestine and colon, so you don’t have constipation, dry stools, and skin rash.
Let go of guilty and stuck feeling.
Oils that support this organ: Digize, Fennel, Peppermint, Release, Inner Child, Trauma Life, Transformation.
7 - 9 am: STOMACH, best time to eat healthy and hearty breakfast to produce long-lasting energy. Preferably drink or eat something warm at this time.
Out of balance of stomach can caused stomach ulcer, acid reflux and bad breath.
Oils that support this organ: Fennel, Copaiba, Peppermint, Ginger, Digize, Grapefruit, Lemon, Release, Valor, Peace & Calming.
9 - 11 am: SPLEEN, TCM considers this is the main digestive organ. Spleen extracts nutrients from food, tranforms it to energy and circulate to other organ systems. A healthy spleen produces antibodies when there’s an infection.
This time allergies can show up the strongest if your spleen is deficient OR you’re worrying and having self esteem issues.
Imbalances may show up as loose stools, bloating after meals, craving sweets, and low energy.
Oils that support this organ: Ledum, Grapefruit, Oregano, Thyme, Immupower, Thieves, 3 Wisemen, Release, Transformation, Gratitude.
11 am - 1 pm: HEART, it’s the best time to relax, enjoy lunch and be joyful. Avoid heat physically and emotionally during this time such as stress or intense exercise.
Out of balance symptoms are shortness of breath, cold hands & feet, insomnia, or arrhythmia.
Oils that support this organ: Cypress, Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Golden Rod, Helichrysum, Joy, RutaVala, Aroma Life, Valor, Forgiveness.
1 - 3 pm: SMALL INTESTINE, this is where food absorption takes place. If you haven’t drank enough water during the day, you are more likely to feel dehydrated during these times.
Out of balance symptom may include indigestion, bloating or gassy, duodenal ulcer. It can also be indication of feeling insecure, vulnerable.

3 - 5 pm: BLADDER, this time when u can feel energy level drop, or u feel like needing nap. Stay hydrated and it’s beneficial if you can drink hearty bone broth or even just savoury miso soup.
When out of balance, you may experience burning when urinating, yeast infection, or urinary incontinence.

5 - 7 pm: KIDNEY, responsible for healthy reproduction, development, and growth.
Have a savoury healthy meal during this time.
Out of balance symptom may include sexual difficulties, low back pain, or premature greying of hair.
People with depleted kidney energy often have trouble waking up to a new day at 5-7 am, when kidney is the weakest.

7 - 9 pm: PERICARDIUM (Circulation Sex), it’s associated with the brain, including the pituitary and hypothalamus and the reproductive organs. The best time to socialising and flirting! HA!
If you have cravings for sweets or processed carbohydrate during this time, or the need to nap early in the evening, you may want to check your pancreas.

9 - 11 pm: TRIPLE WARMER, thyroid and adrenals. It also governs blood vessels and arteries. They are used for energy transfer and regulates temperature.
The best way to support this is to go to sleep.

11 pm - 1 am: GALLBLADDER, stores and excretes bile, that emulsifies fats and neutralize acids in food digesting.
It can also be an indication of poor self-esteem, bitterness or difficulty to forgive others.

1 - 3 am: LIVER, produces bile, that turn sugars and proteins into fats for energy storage. It breaks down toxic substances (including your medicines), worn out red blood cells and hormones.
By this time you really need to sleep, unless all that body waste can’t be processed and causing insomnia and nerves disturbance.
Out of balance symptom may include sugar imbalance, haemorrhoids, hormonal imbalances, allergies.
You may need to resolve your anger, past hurts and resentment towards others.
